IMPACT can provide training for counsellors, professionals who deal with people, managers and precise client groups. Our workshops and courses are interactive and creative with specific aims of provide measurable outcomes, and useful information that will maximise performance.

Our trainers are experienced practitioners and trainers who enable participants to identify and maximise their skills alongside other professionals. We believe in a positive action approach "opportunity not problem" and that people learn best when they are relaxed and have some "fun" in a structured event.

We recognise that an organisation must feel confident that the service they purchase is high quality and professionally monitored. IMPACT counsellors have a range of work experience in statutory, commercial and voluntary organisations enabling them to work alongside managers and staff.

All IMPACT counsellors are fully qualified and experienced and most have met the additional requirements to becoming British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Senior Accredited and Accredited members. All complete regular professional development training on specific issues.

We are able to provide the management information to show the benefits of the service, raise issues relevant to your organisation and demonstrate value for money, whilst maintaining client confidentiality.
